Registration Information
How to register
Please follow the registration steps below to ensure you are fully registered.
Your registration will only be considered complete once you have submitted your registration and paid the registration fee.
- Click on the registration form button and follow the prompts.
- After completing your registration, if you did not pay during the process, click on the payment link button and follow the prompts.
Your registration will only be considered successful once both steps are completed.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received before 14 December 2025: 200 € will be refunded.
- Cancellations received after 15 December 2025: the registration fee will NOT be refundable.
Registration Fee: 250 €
The registration fee for the conference includes:
- Attendance to the scheduled scientific sessions
- Digital abstract book
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Conference casual dinner (First day, February 9, 2026)
After the meeting every participant will receive a participation/payment confirmation
Abstract submission requirements (oral and poster presentation)
Please use the following template, and respect these recommendations:
- Title (Arial 14)
- Authors (Arial 11)
- Affiliations (Arial 10)
- Text (max 250 words in Arial 11)
- References (Arial 10, max. 4 references)
- All margins 2.5 cm
- Please submit your abstract as a Word document
- Saved as either LastName_Subject_Poster or LastName_Subject_Talk, depending on whether you would like your abstract to be considered for an oral or a poster presentation
- Please send your abstract to the following address: episeedlink.conference@cnb.csic.es
Oral and poster presentations will be selected from the abstracts
Key dates
- Registration will open on the 10th of September of 2025
- Deadline for abstract submission: 10th of December of 2025
- Deadline for registration: 15th of January 2026
